About this speaker
Deborah has worked as an entrepreneur and executive coach for over 20 years. She was a prior co-owner and on faculty at Invite Change, a coach training and leadership development program accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
Prior to launching her coaching career, Deborah was co-owner of a successful start-up home infusion pharmacy and healthcare company, where she led general management of the company’s statewide interdisciplinary teams. She was responsible for strategic planning, risk management, legal compliance, quality improvement, human resources, and staff development.
Deborah earned a master’s degree in Health Sciences Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the Academy of Coach Training, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and a Certified Physician Development Coach (CPDC) through the Physician Coaching Institute.
